The staff here were very professional.

It was a wonderful experience. Everything there was really good and the staff were competent and kind. The beds were spacious, the room was clean with free wifi.

Their staff were not very friendly.

the location was fantastic - it was really close to the city centre, making it easy to explore all the attractions. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They were always available to help and answer any questions that I had. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with everything I needed, including free wifi and breakfast. It was a great value for money with attention to detail.

We were kinda surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of our apartment. The central location made exploring the city so convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One highlight was when we had an unexpected issue with the plumbing, they quickly sent a plumber who resolved the problem with minimal disruption. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Warsaw.

Free wifi and cheaper parking compared to competitors in the area. Also, complimentary internet provided unlike other similar establishments. Nice kitchen and good breakfast with private parking available. Clean, modern, and offers great amenities such as restaurants, supermarket, and spa facilities including jacuzzi.

As young people, we loved the spacious apartment with its free wifi and convenient parking for only 50PLN. The central location and nearby food court added to the overall great experience.

Despite the negative comments about the rooms in some reviews, we found our room to be comfortable and clean, with everything in working order.

The location was amazing, we were right in the heart of the city and we could easily walk to all the main sights and attractions. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to answer questions and offer suggestions. the apartment itself was very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed.

The apartment did seem a bit dated and could use some renovations. the furniture was a bit uncomfortable, especially the bar stools which were too high for us to comfortably sit at the counter.
